Quit Alcohol to Stay Healthy
Alcoholism is a dreaded addiction in the world today. It far outweighs many other types of addictions, including that of drugs, both in the terms of the quantity of users as well as the quantity & the frequency of the alcohol intake. Social Responsibility. Admit it! You do want to make positive contributions to the society. Give up alcohol as a first step towards that social want!
Once you are decided to quit alcohol, draw up a plan for the same and share it with your immediate family. Keep charting your progress and keep progressing, irrespective of all the enticements that will keep coming your way. In short, stay strong willed.
