Diet Tip #2 Don’t Have to Be Perfect
The biggest mistake people make when they start their weight loss programs is the idea that they have to do everything right. This mentality sets people up for failure. Once you have one bad day or one bad meal your perfect plan is ruined and many people then quit. Successful weight loss is about what you do for a week, month, and the next 120 days more than what happens on any one day.
Also, this relates to your workouts as well. If you don’t have time to do everything that you want; do something. If you only have 10 minutes doing ten minutes of exercise is far better than not doing anything because you can’t do you whole program. You will find you feel better and burn extra calories and keeps you and your body in a rhythm working out on a consistent basis.
