Combination of Exercise, Good Nutrition and Supplements for best fat loss

Our main teaching philosophy here at LIVE is that it is the whole package of factors that work together to bring about the most lasting change ad permanent weight loss. Too many people exercise like crazy and don’t do enough with their diet, and end up fit fat people, while others diet and want to do it without having to do the work of exercise. Neither of these approaches typically bring about the changes in their bodies that people really want.
This is why we teach and so respect people who are willing to do it all right, once and for all, and get some help from us or any other trainer that can give them good advice, which is that the only way to lose weight permanently is to combine all three things day in and day out, and the body will want to change.
