Why Do I Gain Weight
Most weight loss plans and products all focus on taking away either the symptoms causing people to gain weight or the right program to start burning away fat. As I was watching the Biggest Loser it reminded me on what I believe to be the biggest difference in achieving a lifetime of success health and weight management, understanding why we gain weight. What I mean is just like the contestants on the show there are reasons why we either go to food for comfort or don’t want to exercise.
For example many people eat when stressed and are emotional eaters. So, even if you are following the right plan and are taking the right products, once you have a stressful situation most people are back to the fridge. It is vital for each person to understand their relationship with food and exercise. By understanding what triggers their eating habits you can chose more effective avenues for your stress.
